Administrative Litigation

The remedies available to individuals and companies against the unilateral acts and actions of the administration are regulated in the Administrative Procedure Law and in special laws. Actions for annulment, full remedy actions, requests for stay of execution and administrative applications are the basic tools of this field. Our office provides litigation and advisory services across a wide range of administrative law, in particular zoning plans and permits, expropriation, tender and contract disputes, administrative fines (Misdemeanours Law and fines of regulatory and supervisory authorities), public personnel matters and licence cancellations. Experience gained as chair of the Ankara Bar Association Tax and Administrative Law Committee and academic work on administrative procedure are used together in these files.
