Damages Claims

Actions brought to recover losses arising from tort, breach of contract and the service fault of the administration require technical knowledge and careful case management in determining and calculating the loss. Our office handles in particular pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages claims arising from traffic accidents (permanent and temporary incapacity, care expenses, medical expenses, loss of support), applications against insurance companies and the Assurance Account, Insurance Arbitration Commission proceedings and full remedy actions against the administration. Review of actuarial calculations, contesting fault ratios, objections to expert reports and appeal proceedings are integral parts of this work.
